Today’s trackball software does not have the depth/flexibility of previous versions and thus I am left entering many commands by clicking an icon or entering a keyboard command or shortcut. With that setup I could draw amazingly fast as compared to today. Essentially I could execute twenty or Autocad commands from just those four buttons and cntrl, alt or shft. With the software I was able to program a command to each button or for combinations of buttons (or chord) AND I could modify each button with either cntl, alt or shft.
